Online shoppers are getting big offers these days from e-commerce store. But some customers are getting something else from the mega online stores.  Last heard was a Snapdeal customer getting brick instead of a shoe. Now, a customer of Flipkart has shared with us – online shoppers – his experience of getting a broken glass instead of Xiaomi Redmi 4i Phone.

Here’s the complaint of the customer with a photo.

I order a redmi 4i on 28 may 2015 but at the time of delivery when i open the parcel in front of Delivery Boy then i saw a broken glass and A stone in that parcel.I lodge a complaint number -150601057454 Dated 1/6/2015 but didn’t . I bought this product for some occasion but flip kart spoil that.
