Limitless Music service was activated on or before 5/14/2015. When I write an email to support team, that they replied that VAS service is a default service and will be activated without the confirmation.
They also informed me not to touch any of the popups on my screen. How can I use my mobile without touching the screen. Even after several emails, they didnt agree to get the second confirmation from me, if I touched the popsup without my knowledge.

Hello, I’m not saying that you are not activated and charged. I’m saying that with out my confirmation this was activated and charged….Dont you get a second confirmed from the user before activating these kind of unwanted & useless services……
