Snapdeal sent me different color of Woodland Khaki Sandals

I had ordered a Woodland Khaki Brown Sandals and Snapdeal delivered me Woodland Khaki Sandals which is a different color and when I asked for return they denied it saying that both colour Khaki Brown and Khaki are same whereas they have two colour products listed in there own site. I don’t like the colour delivered to me and they are forcing me to keep it. Hence I want my money back Rs.3295.

    YOUR INVESTIGATION TEAM S***KS

    I had raised a complaint in this forum due to which i got a reply back from snapdeal asking me to send my concern via email to towritetous@snapdeal.com.
    I got a call though but what the customer care agent spoke is the same thing what I heard from previous agents. That they can’t help as there so called investigation team doesn’t want to provide the refund.
    I WANT TO ASK YOUR INVESTIGATION TEAM IF THEY ARE BLIND THAT THEY CAN’T MAKE OUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2 COLORS KHAKI AND KHAKI BROWN?
    ALL ARE CHEATERS NO PROPER RETURN POLICY I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.
    OR ASK YOUR INVESTIGATION TEAM TO GIVE ME IN WRITTEN THAT YOU CAN’T RETURN THE SANDELS AND I’LL FILE A CASE ON THE COMPANY.
