Out of warranty product delivered by Flipkart.com

I ordered the product on 16-10-2015 and invoice date is 19-10-2015.

COMPUTER|dell|3542|ci5|8|1|2|win|red|dell inspiron 3542 notebook

(4th gen ci5|8 gb|1 tb|win 8.1)

The product’s Express Service Code is 35128389782.
The product is getting restarted often (15 mins once).The hardware is of problem and keys are not stable. I called flipkart for replacement. They redirected me to go to nearest Dell showroom for free service.
They said this product has 1 year hardware and software warranty.
I called toll free number of Dell : +18004252073 and spoke with the technical team. They spoke for 30 mins and finally said this product has no warranty details and service cant be done. Out of warranty service can be provided which has to be paid.
I checked the Product’s information Which said the product is shipped in month of may and it has no warranty.
Please see the image which says no information available. this is why dell refused to do service.
I donot want a product which is of old stock or used. I want the refund back. Please take back the damaged product and give me the money back.
I have spoke to Pooja ( flipkart phone assistant), I need the audio for proof. send me the recording . I will have to take server action if I am not getting my money back.
