micromax mobile worst service care

i bought micromax mobile canvas nitro (A311) on june 2015 .It was working excellent for

8 months without problem and later i encountered some problem during charging and

power off issues.I went to customer care in chennai, ambattur on (Jan 28)and they said it

had motherboard problem considered warranty and it will take 45 days for reparing my

mobile. After 45 days i called customer care they said it will take 21 days and it is in

process.And again after 21 days i called them they said 21 days and so on and i called

them every day and daily they said it will take 21 days they didnt reduce the number of

days they said it will take for reparing it seems they are lying and i sent some mails to

(Service@micromaxinfo.com)(Info@micromaxinfo.com) and get a autogenerated mail

with ticket number -299720 and it said i will be called within 24 hours and i didnt got any

call after that .Now it has become 73 days and i didnt have any information about my

mobile .I also read consumer complaints it seems many are suffering from micromax service and reading that i am hopeless now and i dont know what to as i dont have any

smart phone now and i dont have computer i depend on my smart phone for college

works .Anybody in the world help me regarding this.
