Honor 8 Pro – Issues after updating OREO

Respected Sir, I bought Honor 8 Pro on 11 Jan and later on around 28th Jan I received OREO update. Before OREO phone was working fine as they advertise and I was so happy, but after updating to OREO got so many problems in phone. I called to customer care and informed them, they suggested to visit service center.

I visited service center and informed them following issues:

1) 3d Creator not working

2) Battery drain fast in OREO

3) Lagging of phone & Heating

4) WIFI+ feature does not work.

Service center were not having any solution to the given problem. So the created service request wide ticket no: SR220180313072707057 in around 11th march and said you will get resolution soon. I have been following them to get status update but they are not committing anything. I dont understand after spending Rs.30000 not utilizing the benefit of phone. Even The height of making fool to customer when on 14th March they requested me to send bug report and same as I sent them twice also they confirmed receipt of bug report. After few days I asked about the status they simply says provide bug report and same continues and even if I call to customer care they confirms receipt of bug report, but they dont confirms when I will get solution.

I would request you to look into this matter and provide solution of my problem or refund. Hoping the solution soon.
