Complaint against State Bank of India – Non Receipt of the ATM DEBIT CARD PIN.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the account holder of your SBI bank branch code:- 4633, Chandigarh Road, Mundian Kalan, Ludhiana under the Savings Bank Account No.: 30157476454. I applied for the Debit Card ATM and allotted the DEBIT CARD ATM No.:- 5103720070333826. But till now I have not received the PIN of the same despite repeated visits and calls to your branch. Rather now they are asking me to re apply for the same which carries with it the cost and charges.

My grievance is to this effect alone that firstly I had been deprived of the legitimate use of my Debit Card because of no fault of mine and now on the top of it I have been asked to deposit the charges for the re -issuance of the Debit Card PIN. So I request you to please look into my grievance and get me my PIN issued at the earliest without any levy of charges and cost to me as there is no fault of mine in the same.
