Airtel — MY Airtel Number has been Port out without Intimation

Dear Sir,
My name is Rakesh Ghadi holding your Airtel Mumbai postpaid Number – 9004083299 from last 6 years.
Incident took placed on 8th Feb 2016. All of a sudden I received “NO Service” message on my screen, after which I assumed it’s a SIM issue; so I remove my SIM and re-inserted by cleaning it, but no use. Then, I thought its major issue, so I called up customer care, and asked for the reason, that time I came to know that my SIM has been Port Out with another service provider and it was permanently disconnected from Airtel .which I have never asked for, neither I got any intimation regarding PORTING from Airtel.
Next day immediately I visited Andheri- East- J. B, Nagar Airtel gallery. I informed them whole incident, but the same reply I got from them as well. They can’t do anything, as SIM has been Port Out with another service e provider.
Now please tell me, is it my fault??That, I am your customer from last 6 years.
How can we trust on your services?

I am very much disturb and stuck due to this. Please kindly help me in this matter and I will be very thankful to you.
