My Aircel balance got deducted without any valid reason. I called customer care and they did not give me valid reason for this deduction. Actually they were not sure and just telling me possibilities behind deduction. Customer care does not work in this way guys. You have to give valid reason. If you can’t, give me a refund. Rs 82 got deducted from my account and its not small amount.
